The Senior Art Director is responsible for conceiving and supervising creative design, conceptual ideas and omnichannel campaign deliverables within business groups. Leads and develops final visual image that communicates the organization’s marketing objectives. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with cross platform ideas; and expertise and executions are required.
The PR director is responsible for a variety of functional roles and responsibilities within the PR and Reputation Management (RM) team. This includes leading client strategy, development and implementation of public relations plans, media relations, influencer communications and event support. The PR director oversees client public relations strategies and is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of PR team member client work. The public relations director also serves as a talent lead with responsibility for team member goal setting, career mapping, coaching and performance feedback.
The Project Manager is empowered as a key agency resource to keep projects aligned to Curious Plot processes and standards. They are accountable for gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of project scope, budget, and timing and continually assessing project health and mitigating risk. The Project Manager succeeds in this role by operating “two steps ahead” to ensure the project and team are on track, maintaining and delivering succinct documentation and comms, and confirming clarity of expectations on an ongoing basis.
