The Creative Director, with art direction background, is a senior creative and strategic leader responsible for shaping ambitious, future-focused work that drives business value for clients and growth for the agency. This role leads creative strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients while helping define what’s next—for brands, for audiences, and for the agency itself. Beyond overseeing creative outputs, the Creative Director operates as a partner to senior leadership and clients—connecting creativity to business strategy, audience insight, and emerging opportunites.
Responsible for conceiving and supervising creative design, conceptual ideas and omni-channel campaign deliverables within business groups. Directs and develops final visual image that communicates the organization’s marketing objectives. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with cross platform ideas, expertise and executions required.
The Project Manager serves as a key agency resource, ensuring all projects align with Curious Plot’s processes and standards. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of project scope, budget, and timelines, while continuously monitoring project health and proactively mitigating risks. We are seeking a Project Manager with proven agency experience for a contract engagement from mid-June through October 2026.
The Media Strategy Supervisor is responsible for overall client media strategy and execution of digital and endemic media campaigns across paid search, programmatic engagement, publisher media and other channel opportunities. This role works closely with the Director of Paid/Digital Media and the SVP Digital + Engagement Strategy to set and support a future vision for the media team and to execute against that vision. You will work closely with account teams, finance teams, project managers and other Digital + Engagement Strategy team members to ensure campaigns directly support stated client objectives. You will also support leadership of the media team and thought leadership with the account team for client engagement opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies supporting client goals working closely with agency and client stakeholders. Responsible for client social media programs spanning Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Reddit. Define KPIs and gauge success.
The PR supervisor oversees a wide range of public relations activities, including writing, media relations. event support, outcomes measurement and more. The public relations supervisor also may serve as a talent lead with responsibility for team member goal setting, career mapping, coaching and performance feedback.
