The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day protection and advancement of client relationships while growing their businesses. This role oversees the execution of client communications plans/campaigns/projects, to ensure effective, on time, and on budget implementation. The Senior Account Executive supports leadership on all financial contracts and forecasting to promote the continued success of our clients and our business. They support new business activities with existing clients as well as additional new business activities as assigned.
The account supervisor is responsible for the daily contact between the agency and one or more client accounts. They engage with the agency functional teams to ensure that plans/projects are delivered. The account supervisor provides significant input in developing strategic marketing plans for clients. They implement and oversee plans on a daily basis. The ideal candidate identifies and supports new business activities with existing clients and supports other new business activities, as assigned.
The Content Director leads content strategy and execution for assigned clients, campaigns and workstreams. This includes collaborating across departments to develop content plans that align with brand voice and achieve client marketing goals across channels, then helping bring those plans to life through strong writing, clear direction and hands-on execution. From building client relationships and developing strategic recommendations to concepting with cross-functional teams and developing content calendars, this role moves easily between big-picture thinking and doing the work.
The Creative Director, with art direction background, is a senior creative and strategic leader responsible for shaping ambitious, future-focused work that drives business value for clients and growth for the agency. This role leads creative strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients while helping define what’s next—for brands, for audiences, and for the agency itself. Beyond overseeing creative outputs, the Creative Director operates as a partner to senior leadership and clients—connecting creativity to business strategy, audience insight, and emerging opportunites.
As an Video Editor/Animator, you’ll be responsible for editing video content, creating motion graphics and delivering high quality work that brings our clients’ campaigns to life. You’re knowledgeable about modern video editing and animation applications stay current with industry trends and techniques. You’ll collaborate frequently with creative professionals, producers and project managers. You’re adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and tracking time. You’re an organized and responsible data steward, ultimately crafting best-in-class deliverables from short-form social media to long-form videos.
