The senior PR specialist is responsible for a wide range of activities, including writing, media relations, influencer relations, event support, outcomes measurement and more. This individual is familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures, and relies on his/her own experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. As with every level of PR practitioner, the PR specialist helps maintain a favorable public image for clients as well as Curious Plot. Background of this individual should align closely with the agency’s business focus of food, agriculture and companion animal health within the business-to-business and business-to-consumer spectrum.
The Project Manager is empowered as a key agency resource to keep projects aligned to Curious Plot processes and standards. They are accountable for gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of project scope, budget, and timing and continually assessing project health and mitigating risk. The Project Manager succeeds in this role by operating “two steps ahead” to ensure the project and team are on track, maintaining and delivering succinct documentation and comms, and confirming clarity of expectations on an ongoing basis.
