Jon Leafstedt

Jon Leafstedt is a managing partner at Kincannon & Reed, where he leads senior-level executive recruiting for associations, cooperatives and early-stage companies in the ag and biotechnology industries. Before starting at K&R, Jon led two venture-backed biotechnology companies and, prior to that, held senior roles in various business functions with BASF and American Cyanamid.
Jon holds an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa and a B.S. in animal science from South Dakota State University. His upbringing on a fifth-generation family farm instilled in him the values and purpose that guide his work today.
