She has led campaigns for commodity boards like California Avocados, National Watermelon Promotion Board, Alaska Seafood, North American Pulses and California Walnuts – which happen to be some of her favorite foods – as well as brands including Bob’s Red Mill, Pacific Foods and more. Josie loves being outdoors, hosting and baking (although she is almost incapable of following a recipe as written).
